First run
Installing the Mac app
- Open the
.dmgand drag nonolingo into your Applications folder. - First launch: double-click nonolingo. macOS asks once whether to open an app downloaded from the internet. Click Open. The app is notarized by Apple, so there's nothing else to approve.
- When the app asks, allow accessibility and input monitoring. That is what lets the popup read the box you are typing in. Nothing is uploaded without a fix.
- Pick a tone and start typing anywhere. The popup shows up on its own. Signing in with Google is optional, it keeps your plan across Macs.
