Your English, fixed before you hit send.
write as you normally do. nonolingo gives you a clean correction and a more natural version, right where you are typing. press enter to use one, or esc to keep your words.
real nonolingo, recorded on macOS — no recreated interface
works in every box you can click on your Mac
The real app, in everyday use.
reply to a message or write in your own language. these are real captures of the app working on a Mac.
01 the fix
grammar, tense, articles, the small words that give you away. it keeps your sentence, it just stops it being wrong.
02 the native rewrite
same meaning, said the way a native speaker would actually say it. shorter, warmer, less like a translation.
03 you always press send
nothing goes out by itself. enter takes a suggestion, esc drops it, and the box is yours again.
The writing help you will actually use.
fix a sentence, make it sound natural, answer a message, or write in your own language. all without leaving the box you are typing in.
the fix
your sentence, corrected. word choice, tense, prepositions, the articles english insists on.
the native rewrite
a second version that sounds like a person, not a translation. press r for another, or edit it yourself.
suggested replies
highlight a message you do not know how to answer. get three replies you could actually send, in three different registers.
translate on the way out
think in your own language first. write it in vietnamese, korean, spanish, anything, and it lands as natural english.
explain it simply
select something dense, a contract clause or a ticket, and get it in plain words without leaving the window.
it remembers your facts
your role, your project, the names you keep spelling out. save them once and replies stop asking you to repeat yourself.
It writes like you, not like a robot
paste a few messages you have actually sent and nonolingo learns your register: how you open, how warm you are, whether you use emoji. every suggestion after that sounds like you on a good day.
Dictate in your language, send in English
hold the key, speak your own language, and the box fills with clean English. useful when the sentence is easier to say than to type.
Same message. Two ways out.
hey i just check the deploy and everything look fine now, can you take a look when you free
sorry i cant do this today because i have many things to do, maybe tomorrow i can help you
i send you the invoice last week already, i dont know why you still not receive it
em check rồi, cái bug này do cache thôi, anh restart lại app là được ạ
A real correction, not a rewrite in disguise.
the fix line changes only what is wrong. the native line is the one that rephrases. keeping them apart is the whole point: one teaches you, the other gets you out of the room.
Tune every detail. Then forget it is there.
Six tones, or your own
friendly coworker, sharp operator, warm friend, playful, plain, or my style. switch per conversation, or set a default and stop thinking about it.
A popup that fits your screen
drag it anywhere, resize it, set how see-through it is, or dock it to the left or right edge as a sidebar. it remembers all of it.
Auto-apply, on a countdown
turn it on and the native rewrite writes itself after 10 seconds of you not typing. keep typing, press esc, or move the cursor, and the countdown gives up.
Set it up in a minute.
one window, a handful of tabs, every control where you would look for it. no onboarding maze, no account wall.
Built like it shipped with your Mac.
no second window to alt-tab to, no browser tab, no account required to try it. it waits in the menu bar until you type.
a menu bar icon and a popup that appears where you are typing. that is the whole interface.
less than one browser tab, for a tool that is always on.
it works in the box you already have open, in the app you already use.
keys stay in the macOS keychain and are used from your Mac, never stored on our side.
Your text is not training data
what you type is sent to the model to produce the suggestion and comes back. we do not sell it, we do not build a profile out of it, and we do not use it to train anything.
read the privacy page →Permissions asked when you use them
accessibility only so it can read the box you are in. screen recording only if you turn on chat context. calendar, reminders and microphone only when you switch those features on. nothing upfront.
Three steps. About a minute.

Questions, answered.
Does it really work in every app?
anywhere you can click into a text box: slack, gmail, notion, whatsapp, telegram, discord, linkedin, x, figma, a browser field, a native app. it reads the box through the macOS accessibility layer, which is the same thing VoiceOver uses, so it does not care which app it is.
Do I need an account?
not to try it. you can install and use it before signing in. an account exists so your trial, your credits and your memory follow you, and it is the only way we can tell a paying user from a script.
Is my typing sent anywhere?
the text you ask for a suggestion on is sent to the model, and a few recent messages are included as context so the tone matches the conversation. you can turn context off in settings, and then only the box you are in is sent. it is not sold, not profiled, and not used for training. the privacy page spells out the rest.
Will it flatten how I write?
that is what the two lines are for. the fix keeps your sentence and only removes the mistakes. the native rewrite is a suggestion you can take or leave, and with my style on it is written in your register, not a generic polite one.
What if I think in another language?
write it in your own language. nonolingo reads vietnamese, korean, japanese, spanish, portuguese, french, german, indonesian and more, and hands you back natural english. you can also dictate in your language and get english in the box.
Does it work on older Macs?
macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on apple silicon and on intel. the DMG is a universal build, so the same download works on both.
Why does macOS warn me the first time?
the app is signed but not notarized, which costs an apple developer account we have not bought yet. right-click the app and choose open the first time and macOS remembers. every launch after that is normal.
Do the credits run out?
the 30.000 free credits last 30 days. after that you top up in blocks and paid credits never expire. one fix costs 100 credits, so 100đ.
Stop sending sentences you are not sure about.
a minute to install, no card, no account needed to try it. if it does not earn its place in your menu bar, delete it and nothing was lost.
